If you have an issue paying with PayPal, contact your seller , Circa 21, first to let them know why there could be a delay in payment. Then contact PayPaldirectly to find a solution.
 

Error message in checkout when paying with PayPal.
Please check if your payment details are saved correctly with PayPal. PayPal may in some cases refuse to pay. Try choosing a different payment method in your PayPal account, or if that doesn't help. Contact your seller to tell them your payment will be delayed.

Pending payments can be viewed in your PayPal account and mean the seller, Circa 21's account: Esme Burton t/a Family Silver, hasn't accepted the payment yet. We recommend contacting your seller and PayPal customer service.
