Heart width is approx. 10mm. Esme has silver soldered a real sterling silver ear post which will secure to you ear with a butterfly scroll.
 
The small 10mm concave  heart shape has pretty seed head patterns on the front and back.
Due to the nature of hand stamping, the pattern may not be exactly in the same position as in the photo.
