Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY (UK delivery only)
Items will normally be sent out for delivery within 2 working days of receiving your order. However, orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be packed on Monday and collected on Tuesday if sent by courier.
Please allow approx 3 - 5 working days for the parcel to reach you after dispatch, although it's usually much quicker than this. You will receive an email to confirm we have sent out your order.
During Royal Mail strikes and other events beyond our control, we are unable to refund late deliveries.
As part of Penzance Plastic initiative, Circa 21 aims to recycle all the packaging we receive, and your order may arrive in a re used box, with the best combination of packaging materials to ensure safe delivery. Please re-use our packaging if you can.
Jewellery will be presented in a new paper cardboard box with a white foam insert, (as pictured in some stock images under 'Jewellery Collection').
SENDING A GIFT?
We can enclose a gift receipt without details of prices and include a personal message. Please state this at the purchase point or email email@example.com
Proof of purchase is always obtained.
There is a delivery charge for:
£2.50 Large Letter
£3.74 Large Letter 'Signed For'
£4.50 Small Parcel
£3.50 for 2nd class postage small parcel
£10 'Signed For' Medium Parcel.

Furniture/heavy items 4pm - 4.15pm
IMPORTANT Please note Market Jew Street is closed to traffic (except buses/taxis) between 11am - 4pm
We use a combination of services:
Royal Mail for small parcels and DPD for large parcels.

Please state at purchase point or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your details/ order number.
Please collect your purchase, during opening hours at Circa 21. In some instances and by appointment only, large artworks can be collected from artist's studios.

In some instances we can deliver within a 2 mile radius of Penzance/ Heamoor. Just ask!
Currently we do not send orders outside the UK.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If the item/s you have ordered are unsuitable you must inform us within 7 days of receipt.
Email email@example.com detailing the item you wish to return and we will issue you with a Returns Number. Write the returns number on the box/envelope and send back to CIRCA 21, 21 Market Jew Street, Penzance, Cornwall, TR18 2HR.
Once received and inspected we will make a decision to issue a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your returns number.
A refund will not be possible if the item/s arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used. In these cases the item/s will be returned to you. Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of skincare products, earrings or hair products in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations.
Personalised jewellery cannot be returned or refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost/ damaged in transit.
Any refunds due will be processed back into the original Paypal account used, usually within 14 working days.
