Les Mauricettes are a childhood memory, from a little lady who looked after me when I was a kid in the south of France. Mauricette used to wear little sandals which I loved the little noise they made on the floor tiles in her kitchen. These little sandals had disappeared a long time ago and I wanted to bring them back to life and pay tribute to my Mauricette through this.
